This Shinto shrine is an entire area of Kyoto where you can walk up a mountain through all these orange arches. It's worth the trek and so beautiful. At the bottom, there's an influx of tourists that may turn off visitors who wish to seek out this place in peace, but the further you go up, the fewer people have made the journey and it gets quieter as you climb.
